Perfect Moment Monday is more about noticing a perfect moment than about creating one. Perfect moments can be momentous or ordinary or somewhere in between.

Woo Hoo! I got picked this week!

In the form of an article I’ve written.

I got picked by an expectant editor who is going to give birth to a magazine issue at some undefined point in the future. I was told that my submission is “in the pipeline.”

And so my wait begins.

I won’t share details yet because the situation is very nebulous. And, of course, there is the whole jinx factor if I think about it too much.

For now I aim not to attach to the outcome (Luna is my role model). The expectant editor will do the best she can for her “baby” and I hope she realizes that that includes ME.
