Perfect Moment Monday is about noticing a perfect moment rather than about creating one. Perfect moments can be momentous or ordinary or somewhere in between.
We gather once a week to engage in mindfulness about something that is right with our world. Everyone is welcome to join.

Oh Oh Oh! Thank God! Hoping fast and full recovery.
Perfect for a lot of us.
I have thought several times how lucky we are!
Here’s to a speedy recovery!
Yea, couldn’t have been said better.
Lori
I missed the drama it seems but so sorry to hear about Roger.
Here’s hoping for a smooth recovery with minimal intervention.
It’s so wierd getting your head around the fact that someone is fine one moment nd a second later they are in a critical condition.
Sending wishes for recovery, minimal pain and a sense of humour…..but not too much laughing on those broken ribs and sore lung…. Ohhh dear. 🙁
I am so incredibly glad, for all of you.
Excellent glass-is-half-full thinking.
I can’t top that perfect moment.
oh lori. wow.
My heart just stopped beating for a moment. A huge hug sent to you right now as he continues to heal–and you do too.
That I think, is the most Perfect Moment Monday ever!
Hang in there.
That brought tears to my eyes. Still praying for Roger and your family.
That is absolutely something I cannot top.
xoxo.
Oh my gosh. It looks like I have missed some important events. I’m happy things seemed to be looking up.
No, thank God/dess for that!
You are not alone. xoxo M
I think 5 words was more than plenty to get the point of this post.
Most perfect moment Monday ever!
Amen. Life is so precious.
That’s a pretty good one. You can hardly top that!
So true. So scary and so true. I’m glad to hear that he’s improving daily and hope that soon the chest tube will be out. Thinking of you and sending hugs.
Thinking of you and your family.
I’m just catching up and reading through these last few posts made me stop breathing for a second. Sending all my best wishes.
hmmmm My daughter told me she missed me more than anything and to please come home quickly… I was in Chicago and crying!
Thank god for that.
That line really caught me by surprise. You made me cry! So powerful…
It’s overwhelming to really think about the fragility of life. I’m so glad you’ll have more time with your beloved.
Very scary. So glad things are going to be ok.
Sounds pretty perfect to me! (((hugs)))
Oh my gosh, Lori. So few words. But they left me gasping. They say so much. Yes, a perfect moment.
Thank you for reminding me to be grateful and gracious.
