And Now for Something Completely Different
Awhile back, I got to try an invention that made my life better — or, at least my closet better. The inventor is now offering to give away a Boot Butler to up to 5 readers of this blog. Amazon is running the giveaway, so entry is easy and your odds of winning are pretty good.

Andrew Elstein, former closet designer (and son of the founder of Creative Closets®), saw the need for a way to wrangle boots. How to give them space to stay unsmushed, but minimize the space they take up? There wasn’t yet a product on the market that women would consistently USE. Rather, he found that boots would remain piled up in the corner of the closet. Or taking up loads of space in their original boxes.
“I remember the moment that the idea for the Boot Butler came to me,” says Andrew, “because it was the day after I returned from a camping trip in Colorado’s Rocky Mountain National Park in June 2012. I sat down at my computer, and saw a banner ad for a boot hanger that used clip hangers.”
“I’d seen these products before,” Andrew continues, “but that day, it struck me differently. Part of that idea was good, because hanging is an efficient way of storing items in a closet. But clips aren’t secure and leave marks, and carry only one pair. What if I could find a better way?”
Boot Butler is what Andrew came up with, and it’s as helpful as it looks. Simply click on the Amazon box below to watch a 2 minute video, then follow the prompts to enter the giveaway.
Aside: Amazon is now running giveaways, and one of the cool aspects is that you find out right away if you win. Amazon handles fulfillment, so you don’t have to hand over your shipping address to someone you don’t already have a relationship with.
More entries triggers more freebies (up to 5), so tweet about this and tell your friends. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Ends the earlier of Oct 30, 2016 11:59 PM PDT, or when all prizes are claimed. See Official Rules http://amzn.to/GArules.
If you have a closetful of boots, I hope you enter and I hope you win.
