One subject ~ One voice ~ One day
My entry to today’s global event involves my voice — accompanied by my sisters’ (less than a minute).
Want to join the peace wave? You can do so with your words, with your voice, with your image(s) of peace. Here are the basic instructions:
- Choose any graphic on the BlogBlast4Peace page. Decorate it or leave as is.
- Put up your own peace post today on your blog on or Facebook, using whatever medium you wish — words, songs, images, performance art. Title your post Dona Nobis Pacem, Latin for “Grant Us Peace.” (The leader of the movement says, This is important. The goal is for all blog post titles to say the same thing on the same day.)
- Submit your post or status update to the Gallery of Peace by tagging Mimi Lenox on Facebook or emailing your post’s URL to her.
That’s it! You’ve been a voice. You’ve blogged peace (even if you don’ t have a blog).

I love this video (was it from Christmas?). Encore, encore!
This looks like a great cause. I will definitely look into it.
I couldn’t hear anything. I even went to youtube. Darn! Thanks for participating for peace.
It think this should be a daily event, yes?
I loved hearing you guys sing. It was wonderful… and peaceful.
I loved reading about peace here as I ended the day. Perfect way to end today. Peace.
You are three wonderful, beautiful ladies! And that was simply lovely! 🙂 Peace to you and yours!
(A link to your post will be on “Peace Bloggers Unite” later)
Another pacifist here. Yes, we aim for it. I guess I just don’t get why we can’t achieve it. Just don’t get it.
I know your observation was rhetorical, but I re-tell one of my favorite parables about peace every Christmastime. Have you heard this story?
