Last week I painted a pot with my Mile High Mamas friends. A bowl, actually, for my husband to eat from while he’s at work.
He uses it for oatmeal in the morning and soup in the afternoon.
This week, all our works of art had been fired in the kiln and were ready for pickup.
We Mamas decided to post photos of our finished works, so here’s mine. Er, Roger’s.

My fellow painters, please leave your pottery link via LinkyTools, below. Readers, click over to see what the others created.
Happy weekend, everyone. May it be filled with comfort food (unless you’re in the southern hemisphere, in which case I hope your weekend includes a tall, cold drink).

That looks so great!
There is a paint-your-own pottery place in town here, and I bought a Groupon for it a few weeks ago – planning to take the kids. It’s been forever since I’ve done anything like that, and now your post is inspiring me – I’ll have to call & schedule a time to go in. 🙂
that is BEAUTIFUL!!!! I love it…really really I do. I want one now. Maybe I can celebrate my BD this weekned by going to a place to make one..hmmmmm? 🙂

Am I the only one who hasn’t picked up my pottery yet?
