Perfect Moment Monday: you

Perfect Moment Monday is about noticing a perfect moment rather than creating one. Perfect moments can be momentous or ordinary or somewhere in between.

Once a week we engage in mindfulness about something that is right with our world. Everyone is welcome to join. Details on how to participate are at the bottom of this post, complete with bloggy bling.

Please visit the links of the participants at the bottom.

Here’s a perfect moment from my week. I hope you’ll share yours, too.

====================================

Bad week. Unbloggable stuff. Not able to notice a perfect moment. Please let me live one vicariously through you.

Amended: While I feel as perfect-momentless as you can imagine, it occurs to me that the perfect moment is knowing that within moments of hitting “publish” I will have one, two, a dozen people thinking of me, maybe commenting, sending their love and support.

So YOU, my friends, are the source of this week’s elusive perfect moment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

  1. Oh, sweetie..   I’m sure it wasn’t that bad.   You remind me of myself last week. The I-hate-mean-spirited-Arizona spirit made me look beyond that week for a perfect moment.
I’m sure you’ll notice one or remember one soon.   Hope you come back and share it with us.

  2. I hope that next week is filled with so many perfect moments, that you won’t be able to choose!

  3. I am so sorry you had such a crummy week and hope that this week is much, much better!  My perfect moment?  The zoo on Wednesday watching Cooper and Maren stare intently at the gorilla’s as they ate popcorn off the enclosure floor – the way they took it all in and watched an animal they have previously only seen in books come to life infront of them was priceless!

  4. Hugs.  I’ve experienced some weeks like that.  Thank you for your amazing comment on my post.  I completely echo A’s hopes for your next week.

  5. I know it’s not like you to let anything get you down, so I’m a bit worried about you. You have my number and email if you need an ear.

    Love you.

  7. Oh poo!  I send you big big hugs my dear friend and will smother you with prayers and good juju this week.  Muuuwwwah!!

  8. How about celebrating an imperfect moment?  Those can be just as valuable!

    Elusively yours! (E)

  9. After having a few perfect moment-less weeks myself, I know just how you feel.  The supportive comments I received from the blogosphere were the most perfect moments I had.

    Love and hugs to you!

  10. You’re right, Lori. You do have us. Wishing you all good things – peace, happiness, resolution, new beginnings, and mojitos.
