Sure to endear me to the kindergarten teacher

Recently, Tessa has been cheerfully bursting into high volume song. Following is her refrain for the last couple of days. How do you think this will go over when school starts?

I’m a joker
I’m a smoker
I’m a midnight toker

Maybe I should lay off the Classic Rock station for awhile…?

  1. Oh, how I loved me some Steve Miller when I was a kid. Still do, actually. “Really love your peaches wanna shake your tree” was one of my all time favorite lyrics. I agree that the teacher will probably get a kick out of it.

  2. ROFL!!! My sisters oldest boy sang “I wanna have your babies” yesterday… my sister and I burst out laughing – he grosses out just at the mentioning of a kiss from his aunt, girls are even worse. Thanks goodness most of the time they don’t know what they say/sing – but on 2nd thoughts, this can become a really sticky situation!
